What You Should Expect
When you call ProMoves, your first point of contact will be with one of our experienced relocation consultants who will guide you thru the entire relocation process. Your consultant will take a detailed inventory of the items that you want moved. If you need packing or crating services, they will gather that information in addition to your move-to information such as whether you are moving locally or long distance and then based on all of that they will put together an estimate for you.
On move day your crew will arrive in complete uniform, they will be led by a crew foreman, and they will do a walk thru to confirm the items that are to be packed if necessary and moved. Floor and wall protection will be placed and then all furniture that is to be moved will be blanket wrapped. Any bed disassembly will be done and reassembled at the destination at no additional charge. Your crew will also disconnect and reconnect your appliances also at no additional charge. We know that moving is stressful so we do all that we can to alleviate as much of that stress as possible.
